Welcome to the Clinton County 4-H Lama Club!

If you're in 4-H, we would love to have you as a member. You can "lease" a Lama if you don't have a space to keep your own. Showmanship quick review:
These rules apply when you are lined up profile and in a line.  The line is a little confusing, but the exact same rules apply
Always move when the judge is 1/2 way past your animal in any direction.
When the judge is in back of your animal. you should be on the same side as the judge
When the judge is in front of your animal, you should be on the opposite side as the judge
Watch the judge relative to your animal. Move based on the judge and your animal only.
When the judge moves, it is likely that ONE showman, closest to the judge, will move at a time.
​Don't move just because someone else moved.

International Lama Registry Youth Judging manual



See poster making links below.  Remember:
Go to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart etc and get a 22 x 28 poster board.
Complete your poster.
Go to Extension office
Purchase plastic sleeve $1 and backing foam board $4.
Place poster board on backing foam board.
Slide plastic sleeve over both boards.  Tape closed on back.
Done!!!
